Headquartered in Memphis, Tennessee, Industrial Equipment & Specialties was founded in 1979. IES was founded by Jim Amann. Since 2014, IES has been successfully led by Jim’s daughter, Lauren Miller. Lauren will continue to lead the local division as the Vice President and Divisional Manager.
