Jamie Gibbs is DuraServ’s founder and Chairman of the Board. His history in the dock and door industry goes back to 1977, when he and Vince led Serco Corporation. As CEO, he sold the business in 1994, and went on to serve as president for two divisions of United Dominion Industries. Then in 2001, he founded the DuraServ business, and Vince joined him soon after as President. Jamie lives in Naples, FL and has 5 children and 11 grandchildren!
David Iliff is DuraServ’s Chief Executive Officer. He has been with DuraServ for over 7 years, starting with the Company as the Chief Financial Officer in 2012 and promoted to CEO in 2017. Prior to joining DuraServ, he worked in London, England for Bregal Capital. David graduated from the University of Kansas and lives in Dallas, Texas with his wife and 4 children.
John Brooker is the President for DuraServ. He has been with DuraServ for 14 years, starting with the company immediately upon completion of his undergrad work at the University of Houston. He has spent much of his career with the company serving as a top producing territory sales rep in the Houston market. John managed the Southwest Region for 2 years before moving into the Executive Vice President role with DuraServ in late 2018. John was named President in January of 2020. John lives in Trophy Club, TX with his wife, Jade, and two children, Jeb and Jillian. He is a devoted Houston Astros fan and proud owner of two young Golden Retrievers.
Vince is DuraServ’s President emeritus. His background in the dock industry goes back to high school and college, as an installer for a loading dock company. After college, he moved into service management, sales, and then sales management. He joined Jamie in 1981 to lead Serco’s entrance into the US market. Vince’s vision and leadership became the foundation for DuraServ’s culture. He currently resides in South Carolina and has 2 children and 4 grandchildren.
Chad Hill is the Vice President of Human Resources for DuraServ. Chad is responsible for leading DuraServ’s overall human resources and talent acquisition strategies, leadership development, organizational design and cultural development, employee education and development, compensation and benefits, HR operations and technology and employee relations. During his tenure, he has changed the function, culture, and impact of HR across the Company to support its business goals and strategies as well as the needs and aspirations of its 600+ employees. Prior to this role, Chad retired from active duty with the United States Marine Corps in September 2019, after 23 years of service.
